Booking Information

We will let you know if your dates are available, and we will send you an email with payment and deposit details. Once the 25% deposit has been paid your booking is confrimed. Then please send through your flight details and you are all set to go. If you have any questions prior to your arrival, please feel free to contact us. We are here to help make your stay with us pleasant and carefree.

1.0 Booking Policy
To secure a booking, a deposit of 25% of the total balance is required. A booking enquiry is not confirmed until a deposit has been received. The balance is to be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival in Rarotonga. Please note that a booking is confirmed on receipt of deposit.

2.0 Check In / Out
- 4pm check in time (can vary slightly depending on flight arrival times).
- 10am check out time.
- Late check out (after 10am & before 4pm) /early check in (after 6am & before 12pm) attracts a % of the nightly rate.
- Outside of the late check out / early check in attracts a full nights tariff

3.0 Breakage security and noise
When you arrive, we will require credit card details for security and for any breakage, which may occur during your stay. You will be charged accordingly for this. Loud parties and gatherings are not permitted at the house (due to our proximity to the neighbors) and please keep noise to a minimum after 10.pm.

4.0 Cancellation Policy
- Any cancellation incurs a cancelaltion fee of the 25% deposit
- Between 120 and 60 days of expected arrival date: 50% of booking
- Between 60 and 20 days of expected arrival date: 75% of booking
- 20 days or less of expected arrival, or no show: full payment, less any nights resold
- Once a booking is confrimed, reduction of nights booked is not permitted.

5.0 Payment Method
Bank transfer or internet banking available. We will email you the deposit details once the dates have been confirmed.
